Jose and me

Chef JP Anglo and Eco

My 10 year old son , Jose , and I joined Il Terrazzo’s Mommy Kitchen Quest promo. We decorated a cake, and plated a pasta and a sandwich.  We had quite a lot of fun with it, but we did not win. That doesn’t matter  to me because I had seen the kind of perseverance in Jose that made me proud.  He listened well, and worked hard.  That’s a huge win enough for me…..

As a bonus, my 12 year old son, Eco , was able to do a cooking demo with that gorgeous Chef JP Anglo, whom he had first encountered as a contestant in Junior MasterChef Pinoy edition.  He called Eco on stage to cook pasta with smoked salmon, asparagus and mushrooms.

Not only did he let Eco cook, he also let Eco plate the dish…

It was another proud moment for me because it was unexpected yet my son was prepared for it….

Now I’m getting sentimental….
